Con appeared on Broadway in the 2015 revival of Side Show, and made his Broadway debut in the 2008 premiere of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, and returned to Broadway with the show the following year. His other New York credits include Lyrics and Lyricists at the 92Y; The Big Bank, at the 2011 New York Musical Theatre Festival; Concert performances with Noah Racey's New York Song and Dance Company; As well as readings and workshops of Babes in Arms and Irving Berlin's Top Hat.

From 2012-2013 Con toured the US and Canada with the national tour of Mary Poppins, in which he received critical and popular acclaim for his portrayal of Bert. He also appeared in both the 2010 and 2011 national tours of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas. Regionally, he has appeared in numerous productions. Some of his credits include Side Show at the Kennedy Center; Kiss Me Kate at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, DC;  Annie Get Your Gun at the Goodspeed Opera House; 42nd Street at Lyric Theater Oklahoma; Singin’ in the Rain at the Westchester Broadway Theatre, and A Christmas Carol at Casa Manana in Fort Worth, Texas.

A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Con holds a BFA from the University of Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma, he performed multiple times as a tap dance soloist with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, and was on faculty at the Lyric Theatre Academy.
